Other local groups

As our membership has grown to over 175 families over recent years we have attracted many members who live in many different parts of South East London. Much of the Club’s activities are centred on East Dulwich, Herne Hill and Peckham Rye, but with members stretching from Rotherhithe to Crystal Palace and Brixton to Hither Green, we actively encourage members to organise activities further field and to link up with other twins groups.

Here are the details for some of the clubs we’re in contact with across other parts of south London:

SE23 twins
A friendly, informal drop-in playgroup dedicated to supporting twins or more in SE23 and beyond. Suitable for children aged 0 – 3, the group meets every Friday during term time between 9.30am and 11.30am at Kilmorie Children’s Centre on Kilmorie Road, Forest Hill SE23 2SP. Siblings welcome. Organises social evenings.

Bermondsey and Rotherhithe Twins Group
Is a mutual support group (currently with 20 members on the mailing list) for parents in the East of SE1 and SE16. At present we meet in each other’s houses for playdates (up to twice a month), and occasionally at pubs in the evenings.

Twin tots and more, Nunhead
Meets every Thursday 9:30am-11:30am term-time only at Ivydale Childrens Centre, Ivydale Road, London SE15 3BU. (Home-start Southwark service).

TAMBA-registered club, covering twins in the London Borough of Bromley.

Wandsworth Twins Club
TAMBA-registered club, covering Wandsworth, Tooting, Balham, Earlsfield, Battersea, Southfields, Wimbledon, Stockwell, Clapham, Brixton and Streatham.
