We publish our newsletter three times per year, covering a wide range of topics. We include articles written by members based on their own experiences and also expert advice for parents of multiples. It’s a great read and an invaluable resource.

With a focus on taking care of ourselves, and each other, there are articles on post-natal depression, ideas for a mummy makeover, how to take care of your back and a column on the pitfalls and joys of family holidays. The local activity focus is on baby gyms.

Autumn 2014
With articles about baby-wearing more than one, and travelling long-haul solo with your twins. There are also recipes to try out with your multiples, and local music classes to enjoy, plus all the usual info about club activities and upcoming events.
